Maui food trucks (Kahului, Kīhei, Lāhainā)

Maui's biggest food truck spots are the Kahului Food Truck Park across from Costco and Kīhei (Azeka Plaza and South Maui Gardens). Favorites include Geste Shrimp in Kahului and Kalei's Lunchbox in Pukalani.

• Kahului Food Truck Park: across from Costco, Kahului.
• Geste Shrimp Truck: usually on Kahului Beach Road near the Maui Arts and Cultural Center; shrimp plates with crab mac salad.
• Also in Kahului: Thai Mee Up, Aloha ʻĀina BBQ, Maui Fresh Streatery, Kraken Coffee.
• Kīhei: Azeka Plaza food trucks and South Maui Gardens.
• Kalei's Lunchbox (Pukalani, Upcountry); Havens food truck at Māʻalaea Harbor; Coconut Glen's on the Hāna Highway; Front Street Fresh in Lāhainā; Kāʻanapali food trucks.
• Hours and parking spots change often, and trucks can close early when they sell out. Check the truck's Instagram, Facebook or Google listing the day you go.
