Haleʻiwa town and the stretch toward Sunset Beach have Oʻahu's best-known cluster of food trucks. Look for Giovanni's Haleʻiwa truck, Raised by the Waves, Elephant Shack, Surf N Salsa in Waialua and Impossibles Pizza near Sunset Beach.

  • Giovanni's Shrimp Truck, Haleʻiwa: 66-472 Kamehameha Highway.
  • Raised by the Waves and Elephant Shack: Haleʻiwa.
  • Surf N Salsa: Waialua.
  • Impossibles Pizza (wood-fired): 59-719 Kamehameha Highway, listed Thursday to Saturday, 3 to 8 p.m. (March 2026).
  • Trucks gather in lots along Kamehameha Highway in Haleʻiwa; parking fills quickly on weekends and big-surf days.
  • Hours and parking spots change often, and trucks can close early when they sell out. Check the truck's Instagram, Facebook or Google listing the day you go.
